Three stylized figures raise red hearts above a field of pink lettering. Drawing and erasure keep the image in motion, turning an affirmative message into an unfolding scene of generative figuration.

Presented by SquiggleDAO for the third anniversary of Art Blocks, November 2023.
Presented by SquiggleDAO for Art Blocks’ third anniversary in November 2023, Elevate Heart was conceived and executed by DCA with artistic support from his brother, Erick Calderon (Snowfro). The project develops a message of encouragement through animated drawings that are repeatedly built up and erased. SquiggleDAO cites Robert Rauschenberg and Jake Fried among its artistic references.
The live work adapts to the screen’s proportions and continues to change. Its human figures, heart glyphs and hand-drawn appearance give the generative system an explicitly figurative and emotional register.
